Due to the nature of the item(s) you have purchased, they are natural items produced by the earth and known to have natural flaws and imperfections.  This is normal and uncontrollable.  Due to this, items are not eligible for exchange, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Mountain Aura reserves the right to cancel and/or refund any order due to customer non compliance to policies or procedures, past or present, or for any reason including inventory issues.  

Mountain Aura requires written consent for all purchases with the intent for resale.  You can find our application for Wholesale in the Contact Us link.  Not all customers are approved for discount, however notice for resale must be provided.  In the case that goods are purchased and resold, Mountain Aura reserves the right to terminate all future transactions to the consumer.  In the case that Mountain Aura is made aware that goods are being resold without notice, and a subsequent order is placed, Mountain Aura will cancel the order and provide refund.  If items have already been picked, restocking will be charged at a cost to the customer.

All items for sale on website are single sale items only regardless of units in picture, unless otherwise indicated as a multiple quantity.  Measurements are for example only and fluctuate based on each individual piece.  As natural products, each item may contain small inconsistencies such as but not limited to cracks, chips and fractures.  These are considered to be a part of the product and are uncontrollable.  All items listed as more than one available in a single post will have a random item selected and sent.  If this is unacceptable, written notice must be sent via email to mountainaura.yxe@gmail.con prior to payment completion, and agreement upon selection can be made prior to payment.  In all circumstances, all items are final sale.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged from transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  For transport damage, we will require pictures of the box plus pictures of other items within the box.
