Mountain Aura Crystals

Llanite, also known as Que Sera stone, is a Rhyolite with distinctive rich blue quartz containing and light grey to pinky orange potassium rich feldspar, also consisting of biotite mica crystals. The quartz crystals found in llanite are blue hexagonal crystal formations. The unusual blue coloration of the quartz has been found to be due to Ilmenite inclusions and are blue due to Raleigh scattering, which is light fragment scattering causing a blue hue for the same reason the sky and water appear blue. This stone is named after Llano County, Texas, one of the places where this mineral is located. The geology of North-East Africa is very similar to that of Texas because of the continental join during the supercontinent Pangaea. Many of the minerals and fossils found are only found in these two locations on the whole planet due to this. Testing on llanite indicates that it’s 1.1 billion years old. Llanite is water safe but should not remain submerged.
