Info: Kyanite is a typically blue bladed mineral found in Quartz, however when Graphite, Magnetite, Ilmenite, Annite or a combo of all four is present and conditions are right for formation, Black Kyanite can form. Kyanite is commonly found in quartz. Black Kyanite has the ability to cleanse itself and other crystals. It’s color can vary between grey to dark black. Black Kyanite is formed in bladed shapes at extremely high pressures. Black Kyanite is special in that it can be used to repair the chakras and aura during treatments. Black Kyanite is NOT water safe but has no known toxicities.
