1 x Black Sage smudge bundle
To use: hold the sage at a 45-degree angle, light it using your match or candle, and let it burn for about 20 seconds. Gently blow out the flame so you see orange embers. If you do not see embers or small embers, try very gently blowing on the lit end. The smoke should now billow up. You can now slowly walk around your space with intention and allow the smoke to disperse.
BLACK SAGE is used to encourage dreams and visions. It is an herb of introspection and inner healing. When burnt before bedtime, it aids in restful sleep and pleasant dreams.
