1 x Large Floral Sage LavenderSmudging/Cleansing Bundle – 6” in length.  Floral selection is random, as is color of floral selection.  You will receive a randomly picked smudge from inventory.  All smudges have Lavender and Sage long with seasonal organically grown flowers.

To use: hold the sage at a 45-degree angle, light it using your match or candle, and let it burn for about 20 seconds. Gently blow out the flame so you see orange embers.  If you do not see embers or small embers, try very gently blowing on the lit end.  The smoke should now billow up.  You can now slowly walk around your space with intention and allow the smoke to disperse.

White sage is a strong cleaner. It opens the heart energy. The burning of sage is also an air, spirit, and mind cleanse. A ritual cleansing before bedtime stimulates lucid dreaming.

The ritual burning of sage or other holy herbs, is done to clear a space or person of negative energy. If your home feels as though there is stale energy, if an argument has taken place, if the air feels as though it lingers with anger, or if negative energy lingers after a visitor – these are times to cleanse. One may also smudge one’s self to promote positivity or cleansing.
