Info:  Noreena Jasper is a red, grey to yellow silicified mudstone extracted out of Western Australia. Some believe that Noreena Jasper is around 2700 million years old. This Jasper was named after Noreena Station which is the name of the property on which the rock was found and mined. It is known for its random patterns of rusty red and mustard yellow along with creamy grey patches. Noreena Jasper is a Pelite composed of Iron banded along with Jasper and limestone. Noreena Jasper is around a 7 on the Mohs Hardness Scale meaning it is water safe but should not be left submerged.
