Info: Peach Moonstone is a peach-coloured member of the feldspar group that displays a pearly and opalescent schiller. An alternative name is Hecatolite. Moonstone can be numerous other colors, including blue, grey, white, pink, green and brown, as well as colorless. Moonstone has been used in jewelry for millennia, including in ancient civilizations. The Romans admired moonstone, as they believed it was derived from solidified rays of the Moon. Both the Romans and Greeks associated moonstone with their lunar deities. Moonstone is water safe for cleaning but avoid submerging in water for extended periods of time.
