Palo Santo is a sacred wood that is native to the coast of South America. Palo Santo means “holy wood” or wood of the saints. It is a strong medicine that has been popularised for its heavenly presence in keeping energies grounded and clear.  To be sustainably sourced, this palo santo has been harvested from naturally fallen palo santo trees (that have either had the tree die naturally or have had limbs which have died naturally and fallen to the ground).   

Selenite is one of the most valuable tools to have in your  toolkit because it doesn’t need to be recharged, and can recharge other crystals. No matter how many times you use it, it will still work with the same high-vibe, energetic power. It is one of the few minerals that has the healing ability to quickly unblock stagnant and negative energy, removing all energy blockages to create a fluid flow of energy throughout the body or a place. Selenite a very peaceful, calming crystal which makes it an amazing crystal for all users.

Himalayan Cedar is one of the oldest incenses used and represents spiritual dedication and constant faith. It is highly valued in Tibet for aiding meditation and for its reputation of steering strayed individuals back onto their rightful path. If we only see in our minds eye the profound image of a strong, deeply rooted Cedar tree towering above, standing firm, resistant to the influences of wind, rain, storms and the elements, we might begin to understand the grounding energies that arise from invoking the spirit of Cedar through the burning of its incense. Spiritual dedication, focus, presence, mental clarity, and stillness of thoughts have also been achieved with the help of Cedar incense in many ancient Eastern traditions of meditation and spirituality.  Rope incense is prepared with a special technique by filling natural herbs into eco friendly lokta paper and twisting it to make rope incense. Each rope incense is hand rolled individually and with care. In the Himalayas, rope incense making is a process that is passed from generation to generation.

To use: palo santo and rope incense, ignite in a safe, fire proof area on a 45 degree angle,  gently rotate and extinguish the flame once it has been allowed to smoulder.
